Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon delivery of the Goods to the consignee’s warehouse within 60 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the consignee.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. Prior to the end of the procedure, participants of this procedure must attach the bidder’s application with attachments and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure (the form is attached) to their proposals in electronic form . In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. List of required documents:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the quotation is calculated in full accordance with the request for proposals.

The cost should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

Validity of commercial offers of participants - at least 60 days.
Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
quality.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
