| Payment terms: | The advance payment, 30% of the contract value, is paid within 15 (Fifteen) days after the occurrence of all the following events: conclusion of the Agreement, transfer of an invoice to the Buyer for payment, providing security for the repayment of the advance. The payment in the amount of the remaining part of the price of the Goods is paid within 45 (Forty-five) calendar (for SMEs - 15 (Fifteen) business) days after the delivery of the consignment of the Goods and the signing by the parties invoices. |
