Payment terms:100% payment is made within 60 calendar days after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The Supplier shall deliver the goods in batches within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of submission of the Buyer's application to the address of the Supplier at: Megion, etc. Victories, № 7 or UL. Kuzmina 37, p. 3 (The warehouse is specified in the specifications for each batch). The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Dear participants! Loading of the commercial offer is obligatory!!!
1) Products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of application;
2) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
3) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
4) This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code;
Thus, this procedure of request for quotation does not impose on the Buyer the corresponding volume of civil obligations
5) The Cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the areas of the far north and equated to them areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
