Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment is made upon receipt of the Goods at the consignee’s warehouse within 60 business days from the date of delivery of each consignment of goods and the provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the consignee.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: in the period from 10/21/2019 to 11/30/2019, in separate batches of 10 - 25 tons according to the Buyer's additional requests as the production needs. The total actual demand for applications may be lower than the specified number for this request for proposals. Delivery is carried out only if the actual needs of the Buyer.
Shipping details: Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, town. Urengoy (st. Old Urengoy), base of LLC "SMU-4". Delivery and total cost should be subject to a paid crossing through the river Pur.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure must attach the bidder’s application with attachments and a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person, certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure (the forms are attached) to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- VAT declaration for 2018;
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full accordance with the request.
The cost should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Proposals validity period - 45 days at least.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, documents confirming
quality.
Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
