Payment terms:- Предпочтение - 100% оплата по факту поставки.
- Иные предложения участников, но не хуже, чем 50/50 %.
Delivery terms:- Поставка товара должна быть осуществлена в срок до «1» декабря 2013 г.
- Поставщик должен обеспечить возможность хранения товара на своей территории с момента поставки 01.11.2013 до даты окончания лотереи – 14.03.2014 г.
- Автомобили приобретаются Покупателем для Третьих лиц. Третьим лицом является физическое лицо, принявшее участие и выигравшее в Стимулирующей лотерее, организованной Покупателем и проводимой в соответствии с правилами проведения стимулирующей лотереи, разработанными и утвержденными Покупателем, выигрышем в которой является «Автомобиль». Данные Третьих лиц будут указаны дополнительно в приложениях к Договору поставки.
