| Payment terms: | within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (time) of receipt of the Goods in full volume and the signing of the goods over/universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD) by the Commissioners representatives of Parties (In case of the acquisition participant belonging to SME entities, the payment period will be 15 (fifteen) working days in accordance with paragraph 14 (3) of the RF Government Regulation 11.12.2014 N 1352). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
