Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (clarification requests).
2. To its proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure, it is necessary to attach the APPLICANT's application and documents in accordance with the APPLICATION at the same time as submitting an offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participant of this procedure (the form is attached). If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly performs the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
3. Term and conditions of delivery: 01/01/2019.
4. Place of delivery: Republic of Komi, railway station Usinsk of Northern Railway, station code 288308.
5. Delivery conditions: delivery is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transport costs should be allocated separately.
6. To provide proposals on request:
- Partner map;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form # 2);
- Certificate of INN;
- Bukh balance for 2015-2017, 2 square meters. 2018;
- VAT Declaration for 2017
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A guarantee letter on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the editorial office of the Buyer.
- A guarantee letter stating that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with TK or with information on proposed alternative solutions (analogs).

The cost should be indicated, taking into account the delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: separately allocate the cost of delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer.

The term of the supplier's offer is not less than 90 days.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
quality.
The products must be new, not used.
Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
