| Payment terms: | An advance payment is provided. The procedure for payment is non-cash payment. Prepayment in the amount of 30% of the total contract value within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier.
Final settlement - the remaining 70% is transferred by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account within 45 (forty-five) calendar (for SMEs -15 (fifteen) business days after delivery of the entire volume of the Goods. |
