Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.

The price (specification without quantity) will be signed with the winner. Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier at the Buyer's sites.
