| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of each shipment of Goods separately in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of delivery of the Goods within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
