| Payment terms: | The Buyer transfers an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price no later than 10 (Ten) banking days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. Payment of the remaining part in the amount of 70% of the Contract price is made no earlier than 45 (Forty-five), but no later than 50 (Fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods, which is confirmed by the signing by the Parties of a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), in case it is impossible to exchange documents – the consignment note TORG-12 on paper. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
