| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price is transferred no later than 10 (Ten) banking days after receipt of the Supplier's invoice. Payment of the remaining part, in the amount of 70% of the Contract price, is made no earlier than 45 (Forty–five), but no later than 50 (Fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods, which is confirmed by the signing of a universal transfer document by the Parties, in case it is impossible to exchange electronic documents - the TORG-12 consignment note on paper |
