Payment terms:Terms of payment - post payment 100% after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the receiving party of shipping documents or acts of completion, without limitation on the credit limit and without additional encumbrances
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the warehouse of each DC (Dealer Center) of the GC "AutoSpecCentre" within 3 (three) working days from the date of placing the order, on working days from 09:00 to 20:00. Delivery addresses in Appendix No. 1.

The selection criterion is the minimum fixed price for each unit of production provided by the commercial proposal.
Products must comply with the minimum technical requirements specified in Appendix No. 6.
If the Participant plans to offer 2 or more SKUs per one line of the commercial offer, then indicate them separated by commas in the cell "Item of the products offered by the Participant".
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
