Payment terms:Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out in the following order:
- 80% of the cost of the delivered Goods is made by the buyer within 90 calendar days from the date of Delivery;
- the remaining part in the amount of 20% of the cost of the delivered Goods is reserved and paid for within 10 working days after the Buyer is provided with a copy of the VAT declaration file (including the section "Information from the sales book ...") submitted by him to the tax authority in electronic form, and a copy of the tax authority's Bid Notice on entering the information specified in the tax declaration (calculation) in electronic form (confirming the absence of errors and contradictions in the declaration file). The declaration must contain the relevant invoices under this agreement and meet the applicable requirements for the procedure for filling it out and the format of submission in electronic form. The files are sent by the Supplier to the following email address: tngyugra@yandex.ru .
Delivery terms:It is allowed to supply equivalent Goods specified in the list, without deterioration of quality. Delivery from specialized companies. Prices should be indicated both taking into account delivery to the destinations specified in the terms of reference, and without taking into account delivery, in this case, the cost of delivery should be indicated separately (items 437-439). Delivery should be carried out as soon as possible from the moment bids are received.
