Payment terms:
The contract price (lot price) is formed taking into account the expenses for the fulfillment of the Agreement in accordance with the requirements of clause 8 and paragraph 9 of the technical specification, expenses for transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments, expenses for Delivery to the buyer's warehouse and unloading.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed taking into account the value added tax (hereinafter – VAT) if in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation the goods are subject to VAT and the purchase participant is the taxpayer of VAT. The price of the contract (lot price) is determined by adding the price of the contract (lot price) without VAT and VAT (which is determined in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation). On the basis of the above mentioned, in the above case when filling the price offer on the ETP the purchasing participant indicates the size of the price offer including VAT in the amount according to the Russian tax code. If the functionality of the ETP provides for filling in the price offer an indication in separate fields of prices with VAT and price excluding VAT, the participant of the purchase fills both data fields with reflection in them respectively prices with VAT and prices excluding VAT.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed without VAT, if in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation the goods are not subject to VAT taxation, or the participant of the purchase is not a VAT payer or is exempt from execution Duties of VAT taxpayer. Based on the above, in the above case, when filling the price offer on the ETP, the participant of the purchase indicates his quotation without VAT. To do this, the purchasing participant uses the corresponding functionality of the ETP. If the functionality of the ETP provides a mandatory field of quotation with VAT, regardless of the name of this field, the purchasing participant specifies a quotation in this field without VAT.
