| Payment terms: | Payment for the delivered Goods (Equipment) under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of 100% of the Goods (Equipment) to a personal account opened by the Supplier to record transactions with funds of a legal entity that is not a participant in the budget process with the territorial authority of the Federal Treasury for Nizhny Novgorod Region within 30 days after the Buyer signs the waybill. |
