Payment terms:Products shall be paid in non-cash order by transfer of funds to the Supplier's settlement account. Payment currency - RUB. Payment terms - the buyer shall make the payment for the supplied products within 60 calendar days from products delivery based on acceptance results, on condition that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of product (products consignment), consignment notes and tax invoices in accordance with the results of acceptance, issued in compliance with the law. The price shall include the cost of delivery.
Delivery terms:Delivery deadline: August 15, 2018.
The cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse shall be included into the products price.
The contract is only in the editorial office of OOO Mechel-Koks.
Georeferencing:Russia, Chelyabinsk region, Chelyabinsk, industrial zone of OJSC "CHMK"
Comments:
1. The recommended validity period of the offer is not less than 30 calendar days from the day following the deadline for the receipt of applications;
2. Provision of certificate confirming the quality and origin of goods is required;
3. Mandatory requirement - uploading of quotation signed by an authorized person and sealed by the company's stamp;
4. For participation in the procurement procedure, you can contact for clarification on the persons indicated in the notice and procurement documentation. Including for consultations on registration issues at the site, various ways and procedure for submitting proposals;
5. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a kind of tender / auction / public offer and does not fall within the scope of articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting request for price quotations/offers an invitation to participate, together with documentation on request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; application for participation in the request is an offer of potential Participant of RFQ/RFP. At the same time, the Organizer does not have the obligation to conclude a contract on its results;
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
