| Payment terms: | - an advance of 20% of the total cost of the Agreement, within 5 (5) working days from the date of this Agreement, on the invoice billed by the Supplier. - final payment for the delivery of the Products Contract: 80% of the total cost of the Agreement, including 20% VAT, within 10 (10) working days from the date of the Buyer signing or signing of goods (goods and transport) invoice, after obtaining the products of proper quality and complete, as well as all the accompanying documents. |
