Payment terms:
The Buyer, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the Supplier, transfers an advance payment for the Equipment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the equipment.
The final payment for the supplied Equipment is made by the Buyer, taking into account the advance payment previously paid under the Contract, on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Equipment signed by the Parties within 10 working days.
The final settlement under the Contract is carried out by the Buyer, after the Supplier performs the Work on the basis of the Act of Acceptance and Delivery of the completed work signed by the Parties within 10 working days.
Provision of a bank guarantee.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of equipment and execution of installation works no later than 31.10.2023
Comments: 1. The participant, together with the proposal, sends a certificate of no criminal record for crimes in the field of economics and (or) crimes provided for in Articles 289, 290, 291, 291.1 291.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
2. When applying VAT on equipment, works and materials, % VAT should be reflected in the offer.
In any case, the total cost of the offer should not be higher than the specified cost of the NMCD.
