Payment terms:В течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с даты подписания договора обеими сторонами Покупатель на основании счета Поставщика выплачивает Поставщику аванс в размере 20% от стоимости договора.
Окончательный расчет по настоящему договору в размере 80% от стоимости договора производится Покупателем по факту поставки Товара в течение 7 (семи) банковских дней с даты подписания сторонами товарной накладной на основании счета Поставщика.
Delivery terms:Поставка товара осуществляется единовременно, в полном объеме согласно Приложению №1 к Техническому заданию в течение 15 календарных дней с момента подписания договора.
