GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil liability.

LOADABLE DOCUMENTS:
1) The submitted application for participation shall be accompanied with the Offer with duly executed attachments and shall contain the key information on the supplied products, terms and conditions of delivery.
2) Please, get familiar with the standard supply contract. The Member is entitled to propose a protocol differences that must be provided in the membership offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer is complemented by certificates or passports, quality of goods in respect of which a procedure for certification or certification.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
