Auto-extension

Payment terms:
are payable in cash in Russian rubles by transferring money to the bank account of the provider based on the supplier invoice for payment in the following order:
- Down payment (advance) at a rate of 50%, the buyer pays the provider within 10 (ten) banking days from the moment of signing the contract and Supplier invoices for payment of advance payment;
- Final payment (minus previously paid advance) shall be made by the buyer within 20 (twenty) banking days from the moment of acceptance of the goods in the warehouse of the buyer and Supplier invoices for payment final payment under the contract
