Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Terms of payment for spare parts - delay 60 kal.days.
Terms of payment for repair works - cashless form of payment, 30% prepayment before delivery of equipment and 70% postpayment, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of each type of work (type of report) and signing of primary accounting documents (provided that the Supplier provides to the Customer originals correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation primary accounting documents ( invoices, invoices, invoices, CPD).

The cost of travel expenses, rental of special equipment, departure to the object must be specified in separate positions (see purchase items) and not included in the cost of spare parts.

The costs of transportation of equipment must be specified in rubles per 1 km.

The cost of renting special equipment must be specified in rubles per 1 hour.

Travel expenses should be reflected in rubles per 1 person per 1 day.

You can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of your application.
Technical characteristics of the goods must comply with the specification.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies.
The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

No E-signature is required.
