Payment terms:Payment of Products/Party of Products shall be made by the Buyer with delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days (in case the contract is concluded with SMPS, the payment term shall be set in in accordance with the applicable legislation) from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12), provided the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products/Party Products:
- Original of the invoice for the Products (form TORG-12) /UPD, signed by the Parties — 2 copies. ; $

Calculations under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and can also have a different form of settlements that does not contradict legislation of the Russian Federation
