Payment terms:Payment of products/consignment is made by the buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products (the date of signing by the parties Torg-12 or UPD) provided the buyer to provide a complete set Documents for payment of products/consignment:
- Original consignment note (Form Torg-12) or UPD for products signed by the parties – 1 copies;
- The original invoice is 1 copies. Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, specified in article 10 of this Agreement.
In case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation.
