The Bid is prepared according to the Customer's form on the letterhead of the Bidder Company with the inclusion of the following appendices:
– Bidder Call for Bidding questionnaires according to the form established by the customer;
-the protocol of disagreements to the Draft Agreement or the Bidder's consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms specified in the draft agreement
-duly certified copies of documents confirming the details of the tender Bidder's questionnaire, in accordance with the list specified in clause 5.1.3 of the Standard Provisions of the Tender https://tfm-st.ru/tender/dokumenty/

The price offer is filled in by the Supplier strictly according to the proposed template (it is not allowed to delete rows, columns and replace the required quantity). The commercial offer must be submitted in two formats - pdf with the seal and signature of the supervisor and excel. Also, a prerequisite for acceptance to participate in the tender is a completed "Bid for participation in the tender", given in the attachment. The prices for the commercial offers provided may not exceed the prices indicated in the initial maximum price (InitialMaximum Price). If these requirements are not met, the commercial offer will be rejected and not accepted for consideration.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
