Comments: 1. This Vendor's Choice Competition Procedure shall be directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the process of requesting commercial offers which is not is an offer, auction or contest and it is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
