Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Deferment of payment - 30 calendar days;
Delivery terms:1. Maintaining a constant monthly stock in the supplier's warehouse;
2. Delivery should include loading, unloading, transporting up to all assigned to the supplier, the Globe hypermarkets once a week.
3. Prices must be fixed for a period of 1 year, without fixing volumes in the contract.
4. Prices for imported goods must be specified in currency, the ruble price for imported goods will be fixed at the rate of the Central Bank on the date of the price list. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation exchange rate can be checked on the last day of each calendar month. When the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is changed by more than 10%, both in the larger and smaller direction from the Central Bank rate recorded in the price list. The price list may be changed in part of the fixed rate as of the date of signing of the amended price list within 14 days after such a significant change in the course at the written request of one of the parties.
5. Deferment of payment - 30 calendar days;
6. The customer reserves the right to divide the volumes between the participants of the request for quotations.

7. The participant has the right to submit an offer not for all lots.
8. The contract will be concluded in rubles.
9. Unified prices for all Globus hypermarkets.
