Dear suppliers!
Mandatory conditions for participation:
1. The organization must have the necessary materials and spare parts, components, tools, devices, equipment and means to ensure the possibility of performing the declared types of work.
2. In case of detection of deficiencies in the results of the Work performed (deficiencies detected both during the acceptance of the Work and during the warranty period), the Contractor undertakes to eliminate such deficiencies within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of submission of the relevant requirement by the Customer. In case of violation of the specified period, the Customer has the right to eliminate such deficiencies by his own efforts or by third parties with the assignment of all costs to the Contractor
"3. If spare parts need to be used to eliminate malfunctions and deficiencies, the delivery of which requires capital works or replacement of equipment that are large-node repairs, the term of work may it can be increased according to the conclusion of the Contractor's specialist with mandatory notification of the Customer, indicating the reasons for the increase in the period. At the same time, the Contractor is obliged to submit a commercial offer with the full cost of repairs, without the possibility of revising this commercial offer, upon completion of the work, within 3 (three calendar) days, and the maximum period of such increase may not exceed 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the application, unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the Contract.
In cases of exceeding the maximum period for troubleshooting and deficiencies, the Customer has the right to apply penalties to the Contractor specified in paragraphs 4 and 7 of this terms of reference and the terms of the contract."
4. Appoint trained and qualified personnel responsible for the organization of maintenance, routine repairs, estimated and emergency work. Persons at least 18 years old who have passed a medical examination and have no medical contraindications when working with electrical equipment, who have been instructed and trained in safe working methods, tested their knowledge of safety rules and instructions for working with lifting structures, who have at least 3 qualification groups for electrical safety.
5. The contractor must provide its personnel with overalls, a set of tools, production and job descriptions, as well as personal protective equipment and tools used in the provision of services, which must be checked and serviceable.
6. The contractor must provide its personnel with the necessary set of spare parts to restore the normal functioning of the equipment, in due time.
7. Take part in inspections conducted by the regulatory authorities of the Russian Federation, specialists of engineering centers and the commission of the Customer.
8. Inform the Customer about the decommissioning of the lifting mechanism in cases when a danger to users was identified during maintenance.
9. When carrying out work on the Customer's territory, observe the rules of labor protection, conduct instruction on labor protection for their employees at the workplace. In case of harm to the life and health of the Contractor's employees, independently settle claims from their employees and government agencies, or compensate the Customer for the costs incurred in connection with such claims.
10. Provide methodological assistance, instruct the Customer's staff on technical issues related to the operation of Equipment.
11. During the performance of Maintenance and repair work, the Contractor performs a photo recording of all the actions performed (before and immediately after). The results of the photofixation are sent by the Contractor to the Customer within 3 (three) working days from the moment of performing the relevant actions (works), and in the cases provided for in clause 3.3., the results of the photofixation are sent to the Customer within the time limits provided for in clause 3.3. The e-mail addresses specified in clause 3.8. of this Agreement are used for sending and receiving.
12. The Contractor undertakes to involve in the execution of the Contract only those specialists and third parties who are able to professionally perform the tasks assigned to them and have appropriate professional training. The Customer has the right to demand that the Contractor refuse to use employees who do not have the necessary professional qualifications
13. Comply with safety regulations and fire safety rules when performing work at the Customer's facilities.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
