The submitted proposal must consist of a technical part certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. You also need to attach a file in an editable format (Excel). In the technical part, a list and composition of works must be indicated, a training program must be attached and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
And the commercial part, which must be certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression and contain the commercial terms of the provision of services.
The offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
