Payment terms:
The final payment for the Services rendered under the Work Order, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:

b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided under the Work Order, signed by the Parties;

In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP, it is stated in the following wording:
the final payment for the Services rendered under the Work Order is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the delivery and acceptance certificate signed and sent by the Contractor for the Work Order based on the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or other agreed by the parties in ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
