Comments: The participant of the RFP is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as a security for an application for participation in the procurement procedure to the Norilskenergo branch account of the branch of PJSC Norilsk Nickel "Before the deadline for submission of applications for the details specified in Appendix No. 6 to this Instruction.
The participant, recognized as the Winner of the RFP, is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT) to the account of Norilskenergo, a branch of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel using the details specified in Annex No. 6 to this Instruction, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notification of recognition of the Participant as the Winner of the RFP until the conclusion of the contract.
