Payment in the amount of the service delivery phase of the prices specified in the schedule (annex No. 2 to the contract), is effected by the customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of an act of acceptance of the services provided under the relevant phase of their rendering based on the accounts of the Executive and subject to proper implementation of the obligations assumed by the Executive, including the provision of documents stipulated by Executive Agreement.
Option # 2
Advance payment of 30% of the contract price, shall be paid by the customer within 10 (ten) working days after providing the Executive enforcement obligations on repayment of the advance payment to the requisites specified in section 13 of the Treaty, provided provide Executor invoices for payment.
