Preliminary consideration of auction bids

Payment terms:
The Customer pays the price of the Agreement in parts - each time in the amount of the price of the Services provided by the Contractor for the reporting month, within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the Services for the corresponding reporting month on the basis of the Contractor's invoice for payment.
Terms of delivery:
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to provide services for the collection, transportation and placement of solid household waste (MSW) of 4-5 hazard class from the territory of the Customer located at the address specified in clause 1.4 of the Agreement (hereinafter - "Services") (section 4 of the Documentation on purchase), and the Customer undertakes to accept the Services and pay the price of the Agreement. Placement of solid waste is carried out by the Contractor on the basis of an agency agreement "__" ______ 20__ No. __________ with LLC Polygon solid waste or a waste recycling plant operating under a license from the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision.
The services are provided by the Contractor on the basis of the Customer's requests for collection, transportation and placement of solid household waste, submitted by the Customer in writing by means of communication (fax, e-mail), or by phone.
