Payment terms:
an advance payment of 70% of the price of the Agreement specified in clause 3.1 of the agreement within 20 days after the signing of the Agreement by the Parties and the provision of the guarantee by the supplier of the advance payment. The final calculation of 30% of the contract price is paid within 45 days from the moment of acceptance of the Goods (Equipment) after installation and commissioning works, commissioning of the Goods (Equipment) and briefing of the Buyer's personnel and signing of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate for the Goods (Equipment).
In case a contract is concluded with a contractor belonging to small and medium enterprises: Advance payment in the amount of 70% of the price of the Agreement specified in clause 3.1 of the Agreement, within 20 days after the signing by the Parties of the Agreement and the provision of security for the advance payment. The final calculation of 30% of the contract price is paid within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the Goods (Equipment) after installation and commissioning works, commissioning of the Goods (Equipment) and instructing the Buyer’s personnel and signing the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate for the Goods (Equipment) .
Delivery terms:
Customer’s warehouse in the closed city of Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod Region, ul. South Highway, 20B. Delivery of goods to the customer’s warehouse is carried out by the supplier’s transport. Delivery is included in the cost of production. The place of installation, commissioning and instructing of the Buyer's specialists: Industrial site FSUE RFNC VNIIEF.
Sarov closed administrative and territorial unit is an entity within Rosatom system and its legal status is determined by Federal law № 3297-1 "On a closed administrative and territorial unit" of 14.04.1992. By Resolution of the Russian Government №693 of 11.06.1996 approved was the Regulations on ensuring a special security measures in a closed administrative and territorial unit where the sites of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
In Sarov closed administrative and territorial unit special security measures in terms of companies' operation is in place, which implies limited access to its territory.
Obligations for issuing passes for vehicles and persons accompanying the goods to the industrial site of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise RFNC-VNIIEF and the territory of ZATO are assigned to the Supplier.
