Обоснование: 1) Признать процедуру запроса цен на право заключения договора на поставку автоматических выключателей до 1000 В для обеспечения ремонтной, инвестиционной программ филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала"-"Челябэнерго" в 2018г НЕСОСТОЯВШЕЙСЯ на основании п.7.5.2. (б) Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала», п. 31 (в) Документации – принято решение о допуске только одного участника.


2) Заказчику, на основании п. 7.5.5. Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала», а также п. 32 (а) Документации, заключить договор на поставку автоматических выключателей до 1000 В для обеспечения ремонтной, инвестиционной программ филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала"-"Челябэнерго" в 2018г с ООО ЗАВОД "ЭЛЕКТРОКОНТАКТОР" (454010, Россия, Челябинская область, г. Челябинск, ул. Енисейская, д. 75Б.), ИНН 7449103861, КПП 744901001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие), на сумму 107 141,53 руб. без НДС (Цена договора с НДС – 126 427,01 руб.). Срок поставки: в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Участника.
