Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку экскаватора-погрузчика в комплекте с гидромолотом для нужд филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала" - "Челябэнерго" в 2019 году, на сумму 4 964 031,02 руб. без НДС (5 956 837,22 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки в течение 45 календарных дней от момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
