Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment by Buyer of each batch of Products shall be made upon receipt of it, provided that the Vendor has issued an invoice not earlier than 30 (thirty) calendar days and not later than the expiry of the 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the warehouse and invoicing. If the participant of the purchase is a small and medium business entity, payment by the Buyer of each batch of Products is made after its receipt, provided that the Supplier presents invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the warehouse and invoicing.
