Payment is made upon presentation of the originals of the following documents:
1) invoice for payment and invoice;
2) waybill in the form of TORG-12 / UPD in 2 copies .;
3) bill of lading / bill of lading;
4) shipping documentation specified in clause 3.1.2. The contract;
5) documents confirming the authority of the representative of the Supplier to sign the documents referred to in this clause of the Agreement;
6) documents confirming the implementation of all necessary measures required to start the operation of the Goods (if applicable).
