Payment terms:
Payment for depot repair of baggage cars is made by the Customer in advance at a rate of 50% by transferring funds to the Contractor’s account on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor within 3 (three) banking days from the date the Customer received the original invoice, but no later than the day the car was delivered on depot repair and 50% of the cost upon completion of work. If it becomes necessary to carry out additional work identified during the execution of work, the Contractor shall notify the Customer. Payment for additional work is based on the estimated price approved by the parties and the invoice.
The final calculation for the actually performed work is made after the parties have signed the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed with the notification of acceptance of the wagons from the repair, the VU-36 form, the calculation-defective statement, the defective statement VU-22; culling certificate (if compiled), full-scale wheel sheet of the VU-51 form (when repairing wheel pairs with changing elements), based on the invoice and invoice.
The customer pays the invoices within 5 (five) banking days after receipt by the customer.
