If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Settlement for TO-3 of baggage wagons by the Customer is made in advance in the amount of 50% by transferring funds to the Contractor’s bank account on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor within 3 (three) banking days from the date the Customer receives the original invoice, but no later than the day the car is delivered at TO-3 and 50% of the cost upon completion of the work. If it becomes necessary to carry out additional work identified during the execution of work, the Contractor shall notify the Customer. Payment for additional work is based on the estimated price approved by the parties and the invoice.
The final calculation for the actually performed work is made after the parties have signed the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed with the notification of acceptance of the wagons from the repair, the VU-36 form, the calculation-defective statement, the defective statement VU-22; culling certificate (if compiled), full-scale wheel sheet of the VU-51 form (when repairing wheel pairs with changing elements), based on the invoice and invoice.
The customer pays the invoices within 5 (five) banking days after receipt by the customer.

1. The participant must be registered as a legal entity in the manner established in the Russian Federation
2. The bidder must be in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
3. The participant must have the appropriate permits for this type of work, production and technical capacity, property, qualified personnel to perform a unified technical audit (TO-3) in accordance with the requirements of FPK JSC and the manual for maintenance and repair of LV1.0005 RE.
4. A single technical revision (TO-3) of wagons is carried out with the installation of high-life parts without painting the body.
5. Delivery of wagons for repair / repair is performed at the expense of the Customer
