Payment terms:
Settlement for TO-3 of baggage cars by the Customer is made in advance in the amount of 50%, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor within 3 (three) banking days from the receipt of the original invoice by the Customer, but no later than the day of delivery of the car at TO-3 and 50% of the cost upon completion of the work. If it becomes necessary to carry out additional work identified during the execution of work, the Contractor shall notify the Customer. Payment for additional work is based on the estimated price approved by the parties and the invoice.
The final calculation for the actually performed work is made after the parties have signed the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed with the notification of acceptance of the wagons from the repair, the VU-36 form, the calculation-defective statement, the defective statement VU-22; culling certificate (if compiled), full-scale wheel sheet of the VU-51 form (when repairing wheel pairs with changing elements), based on the invoice and invoice.
