Payment terms:Settlement for TO-2 of baggage cars by the Customer is made in advance in the amount of 100%, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s account on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor within 3 (three) banking days from the date the Customer receives the original invoice, but no later than the day the car is delivered on TO-2. If it becomes necessary to carry out additional work identified during the performance of work, the Contractor shall notify the Customer. Payment for additional work is based on the estimated price approved by the parties and the invoice.

Comments:
1. The participant must be registered as a legal entity in the manner established in the Russian Federation
2. The bidder must be in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
3. The participant must have the appropriate permits for this type of work, production and technical capacity, property, qualified personnel for seasonal maintenance (TO-2) in accordance with the requirements of FPK JSC and the requirements of the normative document Passenger Carriages. Guidelines for maintenance and current repair of LV1.0005 RE.
4. Delivery of wagons for repair / repair is performed at the expense of the Customer
