Auto-extension

Payment terms:Settlement for TO-1 of baggage cars by the Customer is made in advance in the amount of 100%, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s bank account, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor within 3 (three) banking days from the receipt of the original invoice by the Customer. The Customer shall not train more than the 20th day of the month preceding the month in which the work is planned to be sent, sends the Contractor an Application in the form of the Contractor, indicating the number of wagons on which it is necessary to carry out work in the corresponding month. If it becomes necessary to carry out additional work identified during the execution of work, the Contractor shall notify the Customer. Payment for additional work is based on the estimated price approved by the parties and the invoice.
