Payment terms:
The cost of performed works shall be paid by the Customer in the following order:
- If there is a positive opinion on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of the facility at the time of acceptance and acceptance of the completed survey work and work on the development of working documentation (stage 1) for each facility, payment is made on the basis of acceptance and acceptance certificates of completed work and invoices, during 30 calendar days from the date of signing these documents.

- If there is a positive conclusion on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of the facility at the time of delivery of the completed construction and installation works with the delivery of equipment (Stage 2) for each facility, payment is made on the basis of acceptance certificates for completed works (form No.KS-2), certificates of value executed works and expenses (form No.KS-3), acts of work results and invoices, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the specified documents
- In the absence of a positive opinion on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of the facility at the time of delivery and acceptance of the completed construction and installation works with the delivery of equipment (Stage 2) for each facility, payment is made in the following order:
70% of the cost of construction and installation work with the delivery of equipment is paid on the basis of acceptance certificates for completed work (form No. KS-2), certificates on the cost of completed work and costs (form No. KS-3), acts of work results and invoices, in within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing these documents.
