The right to conclude a turnkey contract for the construction works (General contract) of the Gorky-Balkovskaya SHPP and SHPP at the Prosyansky discharge of BSK, including with respect to each of the facilities: construction, including delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment, commissioning, confirmation of the degree of localization, obtaining a Certificate of Qualification for a generating facility operating on the basis of the use of renewable energy sources "issued by the Market Council.Collapse
1. The volume of works under construction contracts at the participant of the purchase should be not less than 30% of the initial price for the last 2 years;
2. Presence of operating SRO for construction and installation works, or SRO for performance of functions of general contractor;
3. The currency of the Participant's balance sheet (the amount of assets on line 1600 of the balance sheet) as of December 31, 2018 must be at least 4 billion rubles;
4. Revenue of the Participant (line 2110 of the financial results report) for each of the last three years (2016, 2017, 2018) must be at least 1.5 billion rubles excluding VAT;
5. The participant must not have a loss from the activities for 2018 and for the 9 months of 2019.
