The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Оплата по Договору осуществляется Заказчиком в следующем порядке:
1. В счет стоимости Услуг Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю аванс в размере 10 (Десять) % от стоимости Услуг за первый расчетный период по Договору . Авансовый платеж за первый расчетный период выплачивается в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с даты заключения Договора, но не ранее чем за 30 (Тридцать) календарных дней до даты начала срока оказания Услуг, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
2. Авансовые платежи за последующие расчетные периоды по Договору Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю не ранее чем за 30 (Тридцать) календарных дней до даты начала срока оказания Услуг при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
3. Последующие платежи выплачиваются на основании документов, указанных в п. 5.1. Договора, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем на 90 (Девяносто) % от стоимости Услуг, указанной в соответствующих Актах сдачи-приемки Услуг и Отчетах об оказании Услуг, в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с даты их подписания Сторонами.
