Comments: in accordance with 1 and 2 of art. 2 of the Federal law of the Russian Federation from 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities", the request of prices is carried out in accordance with the unified procurement standard of PJSC "rosnet" (regulations on Procurement), approved by the Board of Directors PJSC "MRSK Center" (Protocol № 44/18 of December 25, 2018), in accordance with article 4 of art. 447 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the request for prices is not a bargaining and is not regulated by art. 447-449 OF THE RUSSIAN CIVIL CODE. The organizer has the right to refuse the request of prices at any time before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the purchase, without incurring any liability to the participants. Upon expiry of the period of cancellation of the competitive purchase (date and time of expiry of the application period) and before the conclusion of the contract, the organizer shall have the right to cancel the purchase only in case of force majeure in accordance with civil Legislation.
