Payment terms:
The cost of performed works shall be paid by the Customer in the following order:
- The advance payment of 30% is paid by the Customer within ten days from the date of signing the contract and the Contractor submits an invoice for payment to the Customer by transferring funds to the requisites of the Contractor, but not before the Contractor provides an irrevocable unconditional independent guarantee for the return of the advance.
The advance payment shall be made by withholding the advance payment from the amount payable to the Contractor for the works performed until the advance payment is fully paid.
- If there is a positive conclusion on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of the facility at the time of delivery and acceptance of the completed construction and installation work with the delivery of equipment, payment is made on the basis of acceptance certificates for completed work (form No.KS-2), certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. COP-3), acts of work results and invoices, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the specified documents
- In the absence of a positive conclusion on the verification of the reliability of determining the estimated cost of the facility at the time of delivery and acceptance of the completed construction and installation works with the delivery of equipment for the facility, payment is made in the following order:
70% of the cost of construction and installation work with the delivery of equipment is paid on the basis of acceptance certificates for completed work (form No. KS-2), certificates on the cost of completed work and costs (form No. KS-3), acts of work results and invoices, in within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing these documents.
The final settlement is carried out on the basis of corrections in the value of the performed works (form No. KS-2), information on the cost of completed works and expenses (form No. KS-3), acts of results of work and bills adjusted in accordance with the positive conclusion on the verification of reliability of the estimate of the estimated cost of the facility. -factures, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing of the specified documents.
Settlements are made by transfer of non-cash funds to the bank details of the Contractor.
