Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed Works) shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with a delay of not less than 30 (Thirty) and not more than 60 (Sixty) ) calendar days, if the contract is concluded with a small and medium business subject with a delay of 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works, Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object, provided the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility) /Operational Documents signed by the Parties;
- Acceptance certificate of restored elements of improvement and landscaping after construction (reconstruction, repair) of engineering and technical support networks and other objects, in accordance with item 19 of the technical assignments; $
- signed by the Parties of the act in the form of Bn-M-05 in accordance with paragraph 7.2. Contract (applicable when the Contractor performs dismantling works);
- original account;
- original invoice, $
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
